On Thursday morning our school had a Yoga session with Ms. Natasha who was accompanied by Ms. Devina. Students were happy to meet her, Ms. Natasha connected so well with the students and made them comfortable. They learned different breathing techniques and some Yoga postures too. All in all it was a wonderful and fruitful learning for our children.
