Stories of Success

We envision enriching lives of underserved children in the rural areas of Dehradun. Our aim is to give these children a meaningful introduction to education; a warm, encouraging and healthy environment which provides unique learning experiences.

Shubham Dhiman

Shubham Dhiman has just finished his schooling at the Doon School and has been given a full scholarship by the most-sought-after Ashoka University at Sonepat, Haryana. Shubham left Doon with full school colours, as boxing captain and editor of the Hindi edition of the Doon School Weekly. He has published a book of his Hindi poems, breaking the myth that jocks cannot think!
Says JMMT Co-ordinator Manu Kaur: “Shubham was helpful by nature, especially when new tasks came up one after the other. “Don’t worry, I will do it”, he said often. He kept a level head even if he did get frustrated at times. He was quite artistic and enjoyed drawing and making greeting cards.

Rahul Das

Rahul secured admission to a number of top universities in India. He chose Manipal as it offered the subject of his choice – Kinesthetics(sports science.)
Rahul Das, who was JMMT’s first entrant to the prestigious Doon School, based on his performance at the entrance test. While at the Doon School, he travelled to South Africa on a student exchange and is a fine, confident young man, focussed on a possible future career in sports medicine. He is presently an internship in the Tata group industry.

Ayush Dangwal

Ayush Dangwal after completing class V from JMMS and
schooling from PYDS. He secured a full scholarship for
B.B.A in the prestigious college Shoolini University
(Solan) under full scholarship.

He is a good sportsman and is also selected for the Basketball
team at Shoolini University.

Mayank Kukreti

After completing class V Mayank Kukreti was able to
qualify for The Doon School. He completed his IGCSE in
the year 2021 with flying colors and got admission in
B.B.A. in Shoolini University (Solan) under full
scholarship.

He is a good Badminton player. His blessed with
versatile personality and doing well in extra curriculum
activities.

Ankit

Ankit was able to secure a seat in Olympus High School
after completing class V from JMMS with excellent
performance. He got admission to Shri Ram college of
Commerce of Delhi.

Sahil Bhandari

After completing class V from JMMS, Sahil Bhandari was able to qualify for The Doon School. He completed his IGCSE in the year 2020. He is pursuing B.com from Graphic Era University Dehradun.

Welham Girls' School

JMMT has been maintaining a track record with 2 girls for JMMT begin selected in the prestigious Welham Girls’ School.
